- What should I have ready before calling?
- Your location as precisely as possible, the state of the vehicle (drivable or not) and a number where we can reach you.

- What should I do while waiting for the tow truck?
- Your safety first. Turn on your hazard lights and, if you can do it safely, clear the travel lane. Otherwise leave the vehicle where it is, get out on the side away from traffic and wait well off the roadway, never between two vehicles. - If you have any doubt about its condition, do not drive it. Damage that looks minor can affect the steering, a tire, a light or a driver assistance system. Call us and we will talk it through before you head off with it.
