Damage assessment
We examine your vehicle, document the damage and prepare the estimate for your claim.
Coordination with your insurer
We deal directly with the insurer on the repairs, so you don’t have to chase approvals.
Courtesy vehicle
Subject to availability and eligibility, we lend you one of our 80 courtesy vehicles while yours is in the shop.
Repair and paint
Dent removal, frame straightening, replacement of damaged parts, then prep and paint matched to your vehicle’s factory colour.
Quality check and delivery
We inspect the work from every angle before handing you back a clean vehicle, ready for the road.

- Eligible collision repairs are covered by the CarrXpert warranty, a satisfaction guarantee valid for as long as you own the vehicle, provided the repairs were done by a network member. Parts are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.
- Do you use OEM parts?
- Yes. As a CarrXpert shop, we favour original manufacturer (OEM) parts, with a transparent parts replacement policy.
- How long do the repairs take?
- It depends on the extent of the damage and parts availability. We give you a realistic estimate from the start and keep you posted along the way.
